About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing & Injury Management Lead to join our team.

  • Key responsibilities include providing expert wellbeing and injury management advice, training and support to managers and employees.
  • The successful candidate will lead the review, establishment, implementation, and evaluation of policy and process systems to support staff to be psychologically safe.
  • This role involves developing and implementing policies and procedures to support wellbeing, injury management, and psychosocial safety initiatives.
  • Responsibilities also include effectively managing workers' compensation processes and cases.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in Return-to-Work practices, workers' compensation, and injury recovery.

Qualifications required for the role:

  • Certified Return to Work Coordinator, Victorian WorkCover Authority approved.
  • Certified Personal Injury Practitioner or a related discipline, or a willingness to obtain.
  • An in-depth understanding of Return-to-Work practices including legislation and decision-making principles.
