Receptionist/Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic receptionist/administrator to join our team in Campbellfield.

A typical day will involve answering and directing all incoming calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, assisting internal and external customers, and performing general secretarial and clerical duties.

This role requires exceptional customer service skills, office-related administrative functions, and effective communication with stakeholders. A high level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously with prioritized workload is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist internal and external customers
  • Perform general secretarial and clerical duties

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous reception experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including polished telephone manner
  • Sound organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong computer skills
