Our Integrated Operations Centre Autonomous Haulage (AH) Front Runner (FR) Mine Control team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join us as an Advanced Mine Production Specialist - AH System.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets by enabling the effective operation of our Front Runner Autonomous fleet management system. Reporting to the AH Control Supervisor, you will safely execute the daily operations plan while optimising the utilisation of the truck fleet. You will ensure compliance to scheduling and operating philosophies, motivating a culture that not only conforms to company safety standards, but also seeks to continuously improve operating efficiency and realise cost benefits.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding site Safety Systems and their link to health and safety
  • Managing the fleet effectively and efficiently
  • Maximising compliance to operational plan
  • Promoting positive relationships through effective communication and consultation
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Identifying system and operational process improvements in the use of the fleet management system

We are seeking individuals who are excited about being part of a large technology transformation and who have the following:

  • Previous mine control experience required as either a mine controller or dispatch operator
  • Prior experience with Modular DispatchTM or FrontrunnerTM systems will be highly regarded
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Collaborative, coaching and influencing skills
  • A high level of computer literacy and excellent verbal communication skills
