As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To lead and inspire your team to achieve operational excellence and provide outstanding customer service
  • To ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly, including food safety, quality, and presentation
  • To coach and develop team members to reach their full potential and enhance their skills
  • To monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and waste management
  • To foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication
Requirements:
  • A track record of providing leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Completed Food Safety Supervisor certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Completed Responsible Service of Alcohol course or willingness to undertake
