Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team at Talent Vision 360. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a range of plant equipment, including Front End Loaders, Moxy, Excavators, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate plant equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform general laboring duties and assist with traffic control as needed.
  • Provide occasional customer service support and assist with Household Hazardous Waste collection.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Essential Experience:

  • Relevant experience operating plant equipment, including Front End Loaders, Moxy, Excavators, and other heavy machinery.
  • Valid tickets to operate all plant machinery and a strong focus on safety.
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg continuously and previous experience with traffic control (preferred but not essential).
  • Valid HR license and a strong commitment to safety and excellence.
