About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our growing Business Advisory team in Coffs Harbour. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial advice and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and tax returns for companies, partnerships, trusts, and individual businesses
  • Assist in preparing business advice and producing complex special purpose reports for clients
  • Liaise with various providers and statutory authorities on behalf of clients
  • Delegate and review work of junior team members, providing coaching and support to ensure correct accounting and taxation standards are applied
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within public practice
  • Relevant degree majoring in Accounting
  • CA or CPA qualification or be working towards this
  • Strong Excel skills and practical experience with cloud accounting products (i.e. Xero, MYOB)
