Role Summary

This role guides the development and implementation of transport safety and assurance frameworks for the Store Delivery team, ensuring that all Distribution Centres and Primary Connect transport teams exceed transport safety obligations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of operational transport safety/chain of responsibility experience, with experience in retail supply chain desirable but not essential
  • Able to deal with complex problems with high ambiguity where solutions are not defined
  • Good presentation skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
What We Offer

As a Transport Safety Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work across various aspects of transport safety, including:

  • Providing expertise, mentoring and guidance to ensure that transport safety standards and legislative requirements are met or exceeded by Store Delivery and their extended network
  • Conducting assurance activities on internal business units and on external businesses in accordance with the annual assurance plan and established assurance frameworks
Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive:
