Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Education (ECE) professional to join our team in supporting ECE services across the state.

  • Conduct assessments and rating against the National Quality Standards.
  • Undertake monitoring and compliance checks, recommending actions to address non-compliance and ensure child safety.
  • Investigate complaints and incidents through site visits and evidence gathering.

About This Role

This role requires a strong understanding of ECE frameworks and best practice. You will work closely with stakeholders to promote sector improvement and provide support to ECE services.

  • ECE experience in one or more service types, including implementation of ECE pedagogy and programs.
  • Skills in conducting assessments and preparing evidence-based reports.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and using clear communication.
