Senior Interior Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects, providing both design and technical input from client briefing to completion.

With a strong focus on collaboration and sustainability, we deliver innovative solutions across various sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, and institutional.

The Role

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for delivering creative, practical, and client-focused design solutions. You'll collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team and contribute to projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead interior design projects across multiple sectors from start to finish
  • Translate complex briefs into thoughtful, functional, and inspiring environments
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure cohesive project outcomes
  • Manage project timelines, documentation, and delivery through all stages
  • Contribute to design reviews, client presentations, and quality assurance processes
Requirements

We're seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a proven track record in delivering high-quality design solutions. Your skills and experience should include:

  • A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • Minimum 7+ years' professional experience in a design studio or multidisciplinary practice
  • Proven track record delivering interior design projects
  • Strong design sensibility backed by technical know-how in documentation and detailing
  • Proficiency in Revit (essential), along with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead projects and teams confidently
