Deliver Academic Support to Students

We are seeking experienced tutors who can provide personalized support to students and help them achieve their academic goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Reliable and approachable tutors who can work independently
  • Demonstrate proficiency in teaching small classes
  • One year of tutoring experience is preferred
  • Working with children check is required
  • Ability to work on Saturdays is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Discuss student progress with parents/students regularly
  • Develop strategies tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with other tutors to create engaging content
  • Assist with ad-hoc roles and duties as needed

About Us:

We offer personalized tutoring that caters to each student's unique skillset. Our focus is on providing private 1-on-1 tuition or small classes of up to 4 students, allowing us to tailor course content to individual strengths and weaknesses.

We are located in Bankstown and provide students with the tools necessary for achieving their personal goals. With courses aimed at Years 7 to 12, our program helps students build a strong foundation for lifelong success.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Casual
  • Salary: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
  • Benefits: Employee mentoring program, free drinks, and free food

Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift, evening shift, weekends, flexible hours, Monday to Friday, on-call, weekend availability

Experience Required:

  • Teaching experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Licence/Certification: Working with Children Check (required)
