Software Engineering Leadership Opportunity

Shape the Future of Advanced Manufacturing by driving innovation and excellence in software engineering. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for developing complex software solutions, mentoring engineers, and contributing to product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of innovative software solutions using Rust, C++, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with robotics and mechatronics experts to optimize automated manufacturing processes.
  • Build reusable libraries, APIs, and scalable platforms.
  • Drive best practice in Agile, DevOps, testing, and automation.
  • Mentor engineers, shape technical strategy, and contribute to product roadmaps.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a technical leader delivering complex software solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of Rust and/or C++; experience with CGAL, other 3D or path planning concepts, Qt, and UI frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong background in Agile, TDD/automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps culture.
  • Adaptive mindset with a can-do attitude and passion for exploring AI tooling.
  • Collaborative engineer who thrives in a small, fast-moving team.
