Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing conversational AI solutions to enhance the customer experience. This will involve designing engaging user experiences, leveraging data-driven decisions to create customer-centric self-service journeys.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining chat and voice bots using low-code platforms, fine-tuning NLU models through regular phrase tuning, and performing quality assurance testing to ensure optimal performance of conversational AI models.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business requirements and customer needs, with excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 3 years' experience in a digital assisted customer service delivery environment, preferably in a high-volume consumer environment.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in DialogFlow, Amazon Lex or equivalent NLU bot framework.
  • Strong knowledge of linguistic and natural language processing (NLP) principles.
  • Excellent JavaScript and Python development skills, with the ability to apply technical implementations to create personalised and advanced customer journeys.
  • Strong user experience designer and copywriting skills, with a customer centric approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse large data sets to identify opportunities and measure the success of changes made.
