We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Property financing team.

The Major Client Group serves over 1,000 clients in the mid-market and large corporate segments across Australia with complex loans of $100m to $500m.

Our segment includes industries across the Australian property landscape, supporting investments and developments of scale.

We value relationships with our clients and our team's experience spans financing, risk management, & transactional banking.

Key responsibilities include analysis and assessment of risks or opportunities associated with new lending, due diligence, financial modelling and risk analysis.

Additionally, you will write, negotiate and manage credit applications for new and existing Property clients, identifying research and compiling information on new to bank prospects.

Pitch packs, complex papers and discussion white papers will be prepared for new and existing clients.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to identify, research and compile information on new to bank prospects
