Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Analyst to coordinate continuous improvement projects within our Supply Chain Transformation Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills to join our dynamic team.

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break down large projects into manageable tasks and set timeframes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Help prepare budgets, analyze risks, and opportunities.
  • Support the delivery and maintenance of the lean continuous improvement program.
  • Facilitate workshops and work with teams to identify gaps and process improvements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma of Project Management/Business Administration.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator/Manager or similar role.
  • Lean/continuous improvement experience.
  • Fulfilment/Supply Chain experience.
  • Safety exposure.
  • Project reporting and monitoring tools (e.g. Microsoft, Tableau).
  • Accountability and taking ownership to 'get it done'.
  • Passion to learn.
