Food and Beverage Manager Position

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our food and beverage operations, driving innovation and excellence in customer experience.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative concepts, managing budgets, and ensuring financial performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will collaborate with hotel leadership to elevate the guest journey across all outlets, promoting a culture of service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in top-class beach clubs, restaurants, or multi-outlet venues, with a strong track record of leadership and operational expertise.

  • You should be commercially savvy, with excellent financial management skills and ability to drive revenue growth through innovative strategies and activations.

  • A natural coach and trainer, you will bring out the best in your team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed business targets.

  • You will be tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting systems, and financial management tools.

  • Flexible and adaptable, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
