About the Role:

As a Space Planner, you will be responsible for managing space planning, design, and delivery for the Auto retail brand. This role will support the business-wide view in macro and micro space to ensure a safely stocked, customer-centric, accessible, and well-promoted product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standards and Planning: Deliver macro planning (non-category specific) to support ease of shop across all store format designs
  • Space Planning Delivery: Ensure delivery of space planning calendar of work, ensuring on-time delivery of plans or space planning inputs
  • Projects & Initiatives: Support projects for store format and ranging which require space planning review

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience within a similar role
  • Experience within merchandising or retail management
  • An understanding of customer and product insights and the impacts to retail layouts and displays
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build effective working relationships
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize conflicting priorities and manage expectations
