Caregiver Specialist

As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes. This role requires empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.

• Administer bedside and personal care for clients.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals that cater to individual dietary needs.
• Plan therapeutic diets and menus that promote overall well-being.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification are mandatory.
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable but not necessary.

• The work environment is typically on-site at the client's home.
