About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join us on a part-time basis, ideally for 30 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be involved in managing bookings, gathering patient information, and assisting with initial screening. Training will be provided through the ACP full scope of practice for pharmacy assistants course, as well as on-the-job training with our prescribing pharmacists on site.

You will also assist with welcoming customers, stocking and facing shelves, ticketing and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized store, and processing transactions.

About You

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

  • Previous experience in pharmacy or retail is preferred;
  • Cash handling and register skills are essential;
  • You should have a customer-focused approach;
  • Strong communication skills between all stakeholders are required;
  • A dedicated work ethic is necessary;
  • You should be willing to learn and grow with the business;
  • You must be able to work in a team and individually;
  • An eye for detail and accuracy is essential.
