About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Tradesperson to join our team at Boeing Aerostructures Australia, located in Port Melbourne.
As a Tradesperson, you will be responsible for working in a supportive team environment to perform pre and post-production processes of aircraft components, exercising high precision trade skills using various material and/or specialist manufacturing techniques.
The ideal candidate will have Australian recognized Trade qualification (Certificate III or above) and relevant experience working in their trade. They will also possess literacy and numeracy skills to follow and interpret work instructions and engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pre and post-production processes of aircraft components
- Exercise high precision trade skills using various material and/or specialist manufacturing techniques
- Work independently or as part of a diverse team towards a common goal and to agreed deadlines
- Follow and interpret work instructions and engineering drawings
