Retail Banking Audit Manager

Experience a fulfilling career as an Audit Manager in Retail Banking Services. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality audits.
The role involves working closely with the Senior Audit Manager and Executive Manager to build, review, and deliver effective and efficient assurance of the Retail Banking Services portfolio. You will be responsible for solving problems by applying innovative thinking, participating in processes to capture and act on innovation ideas, and creating independent and objective relationships within the organization.
- Draft issues and agree factual accuracy and ratings with the Team Leader and stakeholders.
- Support the Team Leader in preparing simple, pragmatic, and easy-to-read audit reporting, including audit reports and issue logs.
- BUILD AND REVIEW ASSURANCE OF THE RETAIL BANKING SERVICES PORTFOLIO
- SUPPORT SENIOR AUDIT MANAGER AND EXECUTIVE MANAGER IN DELIVERING HIGH-QUALITY AUDITS
- IDENTIFY ISSUES AND COMMERCIAL INSIGHTS AS PART OF HIGH-QUALITY AUDIT REPORTS
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
- Prior experience in Internal Audit or Credit Risk Management (Line 1 or Line 2), focusing on Retail Banking
- A strong understanding of key inherent risks and end-to-end control environments associated with Retail Banking services and products
- Internationally recognized risk, audit, or relevant professional qualifications
- The ability to demonstrate a strong customer relationship building skill based on credibility, rapport, and trust
