Stakeholder Engagement Manager

The Stakeholder Engagement Manager is a key position within Navitas Skilled Futures, responsible for developing and implementing engagement plans and initiatives with community, employers, referring agencies, and other stakeholders to promote our programs and services.
This role requires a strong understanding of business environments in the education, employment services, and community services sectors, as well as sound business and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated negotiation skills, a willingness to work and collaborate with others, and a results-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engagement plans and initiatives to promote Navitas Skilled Futures programs and services
- Build and maintain effective business relationships and networks with community, employers, referring agencies, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
- Provide high-level support to the management team on business development and partnerships
- Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to secure funding and partnerships
