Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing production plant
- Forklift licence
- Solid understanding of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and AX programs
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Receiving and processing goods, including sampling and quality control
- Storing and retrieving products from the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock levels and inventory management
- Dispatching products to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse, including equipment and vehicles
- Participating in stock take activities and ensuring accuracy of inventory records
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve processes
