Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Management Integration Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the organisation with NSW Health's Asset Management Framework, overseeing asset management services, implementing and reviewing Asset Management Plans (SAMP & AMP), ensuring effective budget management, and collaborating with the asset management team in developing and maintaining asset management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align the organisation with NSW Health's Asset Management Framework
  • Oversee asset management services, including implementation and review of Asset Management Plans (SAMP & AMP)
  • Ensure effective budget management
  • Collaborate with the asset management team in developing and maintaining asset management systems
  • Integrate state-wide projects and provide strategic guidance to meet FWLHD's asset management objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree, diploma, or certificate in a relevant Building, Engineering, or Trade discipline, or similar attained through extensive experience. You should also have minimum 3 years of successful experience in middle-upper level management, preferably in a multi-disciplinary environment, showcasing the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively. Proficiency in ICT management systems related to asset management, including AFM Online, is also essential.
