Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at QPL Rural Pty Ltd.

About the Role:

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to provide exceptional front-of-house support, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and colleagues.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
  • You will work closely with our sales team to drive productivity, maintain policies and procedures, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional phone and email support to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, tenants, and staff members.
  • Communicate effectively in writing, adhering to our agency's communication policy and seeking clarification when necessary.
  • Record and report customer feedback, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
Administration
  • Coordinate office operations, ensuring a clean and presentable environment that reflects positively on our agency.
  • Maintain accurate records, including property listings, client information, and sales data.
  • Manage supplies, ordering materials as needed to ensure efficient operation.
  • Assist agents with listing properties for sale and maintaining accurate property records within legislative guidelines.
Teamwork
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve agency goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture, identifying and addressing issues constructively.
  • Support colleagues with administrative tasks, promoting a cohesive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • A certificate in Business Administration or relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven administrative experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
  • A basic understanding of real estate legislation and industry practices.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
