Job Title: Community Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Support Worker to join our team. As a Community Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to clients with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and reach their full potential.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in achieving their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Intensive support to improve physical and mental health
  • Planning and facilitating client activities and social outings
  • Developing connections with the community and achieving client goals
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, domestic assistance, and social support
  • Supporting clients with transport, community outings, and other needs

This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability. A permanent role may be offered in future for the right candidate.

Requirements:
  • A current full Australian driver's license and own car
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW)
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)

You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional support services and making a real difference in people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
