Senior Clinical Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Senior Clinical Administration Officer to join our Integrated Care team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of services within our Integrated Care Geriatrics team.

Reporting to the Clinical Administration Coordinator, you will bring your organisational skills, attention to detail and passion for teamwork to ensure high-quality, confidential and accessible administration support is consistently provided.

From scheduling patients and managing records, to coordinating resources and supporting staff, your contribution will make a real difference to both patients and colleagues alike.

This is a dynamic and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be part of a supportive leadership team, guiding and mentoring site-based clinical administration staff, while also helping to drive improvements in systems and processes that benefit patients and services across the Division.

You'll enjoy a diverse and meaningful role with responsibilities ranging from patient administration and Medicare billing to staff management processes, reporting and resource coordination.
