Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food Court team as a Food Court Team Member.

This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 24 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a rotating roster, including weekends, with shifts starting from 6am or finishing as late as 10pm.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and assist members in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Preparing and Serving Food: Prepare hot food items such as pizzas, chicken, and hot dogs, following department production procedures and standards.
  • Cash Handling and Operations: Ring up sales, collect money, make change, and place orders for members. Use tongs to pick up hot food items and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization: Clean and sanitize the dining area, condiment table, and self-serve soft drink area. Sweep and mop floors, empty garbage, and take out the trash.
  • Inventory Management: Pull ingredients and supplies from the warehouse, stock shelves, cooler, and freezer, and stage ingredients for preparation.
  • Assisting with Inventory and Tasks: Assist with monthly inventory and other tasks as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous food service experience desirable
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
