Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Visualizer to join our team. This role involves producing accurate and visually appealing finished art in a timely manner to meet deadlines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Finished Art: Create high-end accurate finished art for various outputs, including forms, documents, flyers, brochures, and eDMs.
  • Interactive Forms: Set up and prepare interactive forms within Acrobat and InDesign.
  • Long Documents: Typeset, format, and establish master pages and paragraph styles for long documents, including product disclosure statements and corporate brochures.
  • Presentation Design: Develop PowerPoint templates.
  • Accessibility: Prepare accessible documents to comply with WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines regulations.
  • Brand Custodian: Update and maintain brand templates within set brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and MS Office (mid to advanced level).
  • Strong Finished Art Skills: Excellent understanding of print and digital best practices.
  • Retouching: Mid-level Photoshop and retouching skills beneficial.
  • EDM Creation: Experience creating EDMs in XD or Photoshop or Figma beneficial.
  • Accessibility: Previous experience and knowledge of designing and preparing accessible documents to WCAG 2.2 AA standards are a distinct advantage.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-Tasking: Capable of handling multiple projects, managing schedules, and following processes.
Qualifications
  • Education: Graphic Design Diploma or above.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Visualizer.
