Global Clinical Trials Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a Lead Medical Expert to oversee the development of global clinical trials.
As a Clinical Research Medical Advisor, you will be responsible for providing medical oversight, assessing portfolio and protocol feasibility, engaging with investigators, and contributing strategic input in pre-launch planning.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance across all clinical trials and related activities, driving medical feasibility within the global development framework, identifying new sites for clinical trials, and proposing country clinical strategic guidance.
Additional duties involve providing robust indication and protocol training to CRAs, CSMs, RSMs, and other functions, as well as being responsible for medical-related education, implementation, and compliance to protocols and standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong medical background, proven experience in medical practice or pharmaceutical industry, and a solid understanding of clinical trials, medical affairs, life sciences, and research.
We are looking for an exceptional professional who can manage projects, conduct feasibility assessments, and execute strategic plans from a medical perspective.

Requirements:- Medical Degree (MD, MBBS)
- Proven experience in medical practice or pharmaceutical industry with a background in clinical trials/medical affairs/life sciences/research
- Experience in Haematology and Oncology clinical trials is valuable
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, conducting feasibility assessments, and executing strategic plans from a medical perspective
- Outstanding internal and external stakeholder engagement experience
