Your New Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to join our dynamic team as a Nurse Practitioner and make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-level clinical nursing care and leadership to Aged Care Residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care and interventions to Aged Care Residents
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Promote evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
Essential Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree of Nursing
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner
- Advanced clinical experience in gerontological nursing
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
