Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educator to join our team. You will work in large play spaces that feature climbing structures, obstacle courses, and imaginative play areas designed for physical development, spatial awareness, and risk taking.

Our centre prioritises children's safety and wellbeing, guided by our genuine commitment to upholding their rights and interests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You will need a Certificate III or Diploma qualification in early education and a current NSW Working with Children Check.

Others

As a full-time position, you will work weekdays on a rotating roster. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working in a stimulating and contemporary environment equipped with the latest resources.
  • Demonstrating attention to detail in keeping accurate records and evaluating programs.
  • Guiding processes and systems within the Centre, adhering to the ECA Code of Ethics.
  • Regularly liaising between Centre management, ECTs, and parents.
