Lead Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator to join our early education team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience for young children.

  • Inspire and guide your team to create a nurturing environment where children and adults grow together.
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Champion every child's rights and celebrate childhood as a vital stage of life.
  • Partner with families to provide a supportive and inclusive community for our students.
Responsibilities:

As a Lead Educator, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading and mentoring a team of educators to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  2. Designing and implementing innovative educational programs that promote learning and development.
  3. Providing exceptional support and guidance to children and their families.
  4. Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring educational teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within a dynamic team.
