  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and excellence in patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant state or territory nursing board
  • Proven experience in Emergency Nursing, with a strong focus on patient care and safety
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • ALS, BLS, PALS, ventilation skills, and Triage competency highly desirable
