About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant at Reece Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products and provide expert advice on our range of products.
  • Create and manage customer quotes and orders via our sales system.
  • Use our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life and provide updates on their project.
  • Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships.
  • Ensure the showroom is running smoothly and safely, providing an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a passion for building relationships and helping customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Comfortable using a computer and willing to learn new systems.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Desire to develop your career, either locally, within our network, or head office.
  • Car License.
