Lead Credit Risk Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively lead insight generation and identify opportunities for improvement in metrics like roll rates, cure rates, loss and recovery rates.
  • Champion ongoing enhancement and development of credit policies considering emerging macroeconomic risks and agreed appetite/performance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive initiatives leading to delivery of credit performance within the agreed risk appetite scorecard for each product.
  • Lead the charge on enhancement forecasting including liaison with third parties for timely and accurate outcomes.
  • Support monthly reporting for a range of credit KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Established credit risk experience within financial services (ideally with FinTech or in retail banking).
  • Proficiency in software skills including SAS, SQL, PowerBI etc.
  • Prior experience in statistical modelling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
