Director of Education

The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of educators to drive student learning and achievement.

• Develop and implement education strategies that promote student growth and development.
• Foster a culture of excellence, equity, and inclusion in the educational setting.
• Build and maintain relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider community to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Proven leadership and educational expertise, including experience in curriculum planning and implementation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills to effectively manage staff and student wellbeing initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff and student wellbeing initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
