Mercy Place Boronia is a small, traditional model aged care facility nestled in the beautiful Dandenong Mountain Range in Montrose. With a capacity of 43 residents, this home fosters a real family and community feel, where everyone works together as a team to ensure our residents' lives are fulfilling and purposeful.

As a Personal Care Worker at MP Boronia, you will provide quality, person-centred care to residents from diverse backgrounds, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team. You will engage and support activities staff to combat boredom, work collaboratively as part of a high-functioning team, and have access to training and support for further career development.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a compassionate, flexible, and positive individual who is committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care. You will have excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining, a NDIS Worker Check, a current Police Record Check, and current COVID-19 certification, proof of current influenza vaccination, and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
