About this RoleWe are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sales & Clinical Specialist to join our team based in Sydney. This role would suit someone who thrives on taking ownership of their territory, with a proven track record of delivering sales targets in complex, solution selling environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet customer education and in-service requirements
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory
- Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure their requirements are being met by our products
- Conduct education and case support within Cardiac, Vascular & Radiology Catheterisation Labs & associated wards and personnel
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience selling vascular devices is ideal, with medical device selling highly advantageous
- Degree level preferred in a science discipline or equivalent
- A proven track record in delivering sales targets in complex, solution selling environments
- Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills; be customer focused and empathetic
- Ability to quickly absorb clinical information
