• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of electric induction furnaces.
• Utilize spectrometers to accurately trim charges, guaranteeing compliance with Australian standards.
• Maintain furnace and ladle linings, including relining when necessary to optimize performance.
• Precisely weigh charges and record relevant information, including charge history, spectrometer readings, and furnace data.
• Effectively organize the pouring floor to meet production targets and segregate returns correctly to prevent contamination.
• Guarantee that spectrometer records are up-to-date and provide certificates of analysis when applicable.

• Become self-motivated and maintain an impeccable safety record.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and eagerness to contribute to a forward-thinking organization.
• Possession of a forklift license is highly desirable.
