Job Title: Sales Associate - In-Store Experience Expert

We are seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team as an in-store experience expert. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service.

Your role will involve approaching customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right products. You will also be confident in recommending products, upselling where appropriate, and creating positive customer moments.

You will use store systems to check stock, organise home delivery, and assist with online exclusives. Additionally, you will answer queries and provide personalised service to ensure customers leave with exactly what they came for.

About This Role:
  • This is a seasonal position with an end date of 14th February 2026.
  • The successful candidate will work 16 hours per week.
Requirements:
  • Entry-level role suitable for temporary employment.
Location:
  • Robina, Queensland, Australia (and other QLD locations).
