Belgravia Leisure is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Fitness Coach to join our team at Kurri Kurri Aquatic and Fitness Centre.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs, including Aqua Fitness classes, to our members. This will involve working on the gym floor, providing excellent customer service and support, and delivering programs during peak times.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fitness programs, including Aqua Fitness classes, to a high standard
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new fitness programs and services
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for members and staff
Requirements
- Qualifications in Fitness, Fitness Leadership, or a related field
- Current registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Relevant program certification (e.g. Aqua Aerobics, Deep Water Running)
- Working with Children's Check
- Agree to undergo a police check as part of the employment process
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
