As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient assessment, planning, interventions, and evaluation in a multi-disciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality Occupational Therapy services tailored to the individual needs of clients, using a person-centred approach
  • Conduct assessments and provide interventions to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including Case Managers, Allied Health Professionals, and GPs, to provide effective client care
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Write reports that meet the standards of funding bodies, such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare, and HCP Providers

  • Occupational Therapy degree, with General AHPRA registration
