Software Control Engineer Role

This is a full-time, Guidance Navigation & Control (GNC) Software Engineer position in Adelaide.

You will design and implement algorithms to optimise performance, working closely with teams to ensure effective integration of control systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design algorithms for guidance, navigation, and control functions
  • Develop and optimise path-planning and trajectory management solutions
  • Integrate software with embedded and control systems
  • Analyse system behaviour and contribute to tuning and optimisation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Control Systems, or related engineering discipline
  • Proven experience in GNC algorithm design and implementation
  • Proficiency in C++ and Python for algorithm development and testing
  • Strong foundation in applied mathematics, control theory, and estimation methods
