About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for a logistics expert to provide administration and communication support to our Operations Department, ensuring its smooth and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate import and export shipments, including warehouse arrivals, unloads, groupage departures, LCL collections, and delivery airfreight collections and deliveries;
  • Schedule daily movements of wharf and rail contractors;
  • Attend to operational enquiries over the phone;
  • Manage container movements into and out of the branch;
  • Complete container audits to ensure compliance;
  • Provide administrative, operational, and general assistance to the Operations Team as required;
  • Perform licence and vehicle compliance checks;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements relative to the industry;

A competitive salary of AU$70,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, plus superannuation, is offered for this role.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Proven organisational and planning skills;
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with people at all levels of the business, including sales, administration, and operational teams;
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Outstanding customer service focus;
  • General freight, rail, and wharf background preferable but not essential.
