The ideal candidate will have consulting experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the mining or renewables sectors is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage environmental approvals under Part IV/EPBC and government regulations.
  • Provide advice and prepare approvals documentation, including regulatory applications.
  • Manage biological assessments and environmental impact assessments for approval processes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to gather key information for approval submissions.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong understanding of environmental approvals, specifically related to Part IV/EPBC, Mining Act, and other government acts.
  • Experience consulting on environmental approvals and managing related documentation.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, especially in collaborative team settings and with regulators.
