We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Claims Service Officer to join our team. As a Claims Service Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring internal and external customer expectations are exceeded and business objectives are met by efficiently undertaking claim processing and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new claims and undertake medical transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with external/internal policy and procedure.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- Experience in a customer service or administration support role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently with a high level of attention to detail.
