Your Role
In this full-time position, you will report directly to the Nursing Regional Manager and take on a vital role within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee clinical management and coordination, working closely with aged care facilities to ensure optimal health services are delivered. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who thrives in an independent environment, with the flexibility to travel to various locations for clinical assessments and management duties.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality service delivery while receiving support from the Nursing Regional Manager and administrative staff. Additionally, you will contribute to our business development efforts aimed at expanding our resident base. Proficiency in computer skills is essential, and while experience in telehealth is advantageous, it is not a requirement.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and teamwork.

- Current AHPRA Nursing Registration.

- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
