As a Third In Charge, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Pacific Fair store. You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while also contributing to the overall growth and development of the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
- Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
- Ability to lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- 50% product discount
- $1800 annual clothing allowance (pro rata for part time)
