Senior Agribusiness Development Manager

This role will be pivotal in the growth and success of regional Australian communities. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining strong working relationships with customers to deliver personalized solutions.
- Identifying new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers.
- Partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement localised engagement plans.
- Driving profitable growth by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving results.
- Sponsoring the success of colleagues across the region through mentoring and skill development.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as agribusiness or finance.
- The ability to undertake travel and possession of a current 'C' class driver licence.
We would also love you to have:
- Demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles.
- Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements.
- Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows, and markets.
