Financial Services Transaction Management Specialist

We're looking for a skilled financial services practitioner to join our team. As a transaction management specialist, you will be responsible for delivering seamless outcomes by working with multiple stakeholders.
- You will work closely with Associate Director and Senior Associates on deal execution of complex transactions, ensuring obligations are met and documentation is accurate and on time.
- Maintain the accuracy of Transaction Events to ensure related covenants and obligations are actioned in accordance with transaction documents in their respective deadlines.
- Bring the right people together, working with various stakeholders including Asset Finance and Leasing, Audit, Tax, Legal and other key teams to deliver timely results.
- Process transaction inputs across systems like Office, SAP and Kapiti while prioritising competing obligations.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to clear, easy-to-follow instruction manuals.
This role requires sound technical knowledge and strong commercial application but also a thirst to learn and adapt to new situations. You will demonstrate advanced analytical aptitude, strong organisational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, intermediate computer skills in Excel & Word and the ability to prioritise competing obligations.
